I've been bringing my vehicles here for years, since my first car in high school and my current dinosaur. I'm sad to say that customer service has gone down here a lot. I asked how much longer it would be (30 min since arriving) and the guy shrugged his shoulders and said "I dunno, it'll be done whenever it is done?" uh okay. I had my windshield wipers changed out once (April 2013?) they left them inside the hood. I guess my "Infidel" sticker offends a man who works here but when asked if I knew what that "even meant" he continue to "mansplain" what it meant and assumed I hate people who practice Islam...no...that isn't what that means or what I said.
Jayy, This breaks my heart! I know this was before I took over the shop, but just know that this is not a 100% female owned business and the one thing my crew knows is you do NOT mansplain and you treat all customers equally and with the utmost respect.
