Worst service ever. STAY AWAY. Car Inspector takes lunch break in the middle of inspecting my car. When I paid cashier and was leaving, I asked Inspector whether he thought from a customer service perspective, it would have been better to take his break between cars. He told me he doesn't get a scheduled break, is not allowed one, and besides was none of my business as he needs to eat. Call me crazy, but I think a better process would have been to take break ‘between’ cars being inspected, and communicate to customers before they get in line and begin the long waiting process. Inspector then tells me to shut up and get the [email protected]?$ out of here and to never come the [email protected][email protected] back. To make matters worse, their printer didn't work and the emissions report was not furnished, I am guessing this is against the law? But they kept right on selling inspections! I called during the week to talk to the owner, Josh, and he told me he got the story already from his staff (think it was honest?), didn’t need to hear my version, and to never come back as they don't want my business. Imagine getting the F-bomb thrown at you in front of other customers, including kids, and the owner Josh doesn’t care? Guess he leads by example!
